Collection of Khmer Food
Khmer food has a mixture of sweet, salty, sour, and spicy! I’ve enjoyed the many different flavors. Here are some dishes I’ve tried so far!
Learning my way around Battambang
It’s been 2 weeks in since I got here to Battambang and after a few years without traveling, it’s been amazing to learn how to do life here.
A Familiar Place: Cheung Chau Pizza
Another live blog post! Jackie and I went to this new pizza place in Cheung Chau (they have only been open for 2 weeks now!) and we met the couple who run the place. A really awesome surprise — they are from Argentina!
A visit to Heima Heima in Cheung Chau
Writing up a live blog post! (It means we are at the location, sharing about our experience!) My sister Jackie and I are in Cheung Chau right now talking a few days off. A friend recommended me to visit Heima Heima, and it’s a long walk from the popular areas, but it has been worth it to visit this cafe!
Street Photography Adventures
It was a sunny Thursday afternoon, right after lunch, a group of friends and I walked around Mongkok. We were spontaneously walking down Nathan Road all the way to Tsim Sha Tsui. We weren’t sure of where we would end up with but had a lot of fun along the way as we encountered different areas and people on the streets.
Coffee Hangouts: West Kowloon
I explored West Kowloon with a friend this weekend. We went all the way to a coffee shop called “Rest. Coffee. Gin”.
